i) Swimming Pool

Fresh water outdoor swimmingpool facility is available for resident guests only from 07:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs. Life guard is on duty from 07:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs. In keeping with safety regulations, swimming is not permitted beyond 19:00 hrs. Swimming costumes for both ladies and gents are mandatory for swimming. Diving in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited & guests swim at their own risk. Guests are advised not to leave childrenunattended at any time in or near the swimmingpool.

Chumta Hall housed in the Convention Block is a pillar less covered venue having a seating capacity of 1200 guests & coupled with other halls, pre function areas & spaces, can host International Conventions & Conferences.

c) Teesta Hall

Teesta hall is 3200 sq ft Air-Conditioned area with a Pre function area which can be used for social events and gatherings

d) Mahananda Hall

Mahanada hall is 2800 sq ft area which can be used for social events and gatherings

e) Ballroom

Ballroom in the main block has a seating capacity of 500 guests and there are many other meeting & banquet venues with capacities ranging from 12 to 1200 guests.

Kalimpong Board Room is 700 Square feet area usually used for Board meetings, Video Conferencing.

g) Darjeeling Board Room
